This is especially important in Indonesia, where over 80% of waste management is done by the informal sector.

Nara Synergy is one example of an enterprise aiming to empower communities and build multi-stakeholder synergy towards green and inclusive development. The enterprise places the environment, community, education and technology at the core of their work.
